Post Physcial Therapy Rehab/Muscle Re-Development

One More Rep’s Post physical therapy program is a comprehensive process to redevelop the injured area. If it is post-surgery, tear or strain, we can help progress the area to new strengths. Traditional “PT” only focuses on flexibility, stability and mobility.  Our program focuses on redevelopment of strength and functionality of the injury and muscles surrounding the injury. Also to help with the prevention of further injury.

Metabolic Conditioning

Metabolic Training is a style of training that incorporates theories of continuous movement and high caloric expenditure. This is accomplished by raising the heart rate with high energy explosive workouts and limited rest times. Workouts will encompass light resistance, plyometrics and calisthenics all performed in a circuit training principle.

Anabolic Building

Anabolic Building is the process in which we utilize the body’s ability to build muscle. It doesn’t matter if its hard “toned” lean muscle, or bigger mass muscle; the anabolic process is the same. This process is structured on the theories, techniques and philosophies to tear down the muscle fibers and to create and re-build a new stronger muscle structure in the muscle group itself.

Body Composition

Body composition is the main goal here. We want to eat and train for the goal of lowering our Body Fat Percentage. We will train the body to gain muscle to increase our lean mass and lower the fat mass. You will eat in a way to activate fat burning in an effective and optimal way, paired with training that suits your body type. This will accomplish losing inches, looking toned and more athletic (for women still keeping a famine look).

Small Group Training

One More Rep personal training also offers “semi personal or small group training”.  We would love to have you and a small group of your friends come train together in a fun and safe environment. Small groups are a great way to get healthy, fit and have some fun with friends while doing it.

Nutritonal Guidance

Having a comprehensive meal structure for your physical goals is absolutely key. Sitting down and discussing physical goals and determining what eating strategy will work best with your goals and work schedule is a very important component to your health and fitness. Understand how your body type uses different MARCOs and you can utilize them for your physical benefit.

Older Adults/Quality of Life

Older Adults or Quality of Life Training Program; This program is based off of functional movement patterns. As we get older we may lose some mobility and or stability in our body. This program is to help those older adults continue to be self-reliable for as long as possible. If we can continue to stay fit, to move and be active we can stay healthier longer. Keeping strength up, will help us fight infections, help with muscle deterioration, and to help support all joint health.

Accountablity

One More Rep also offers an Accountability program. This program is suited best for motivated individuals that can get to the gym, push themselves and understand most of the movements that we will prescribe. Our online program is an 8 week program which includes:
Nutritional Meal Guidance Plans.
Accountability Calls and Texts.
You will receive 2 custom workout programs designed for your goals.
