About Jeffrey
Positive, Energetic, Knowledgeable, and Passionate. Jeffrey is a 5 year native of Myrtle Beach. He is Certified through the American Council of Exercise (A.C.E.) and is also an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A) since 2014. With the experience working with all types of clients from the most advanced bikini competitor to the very beginner, he specializes and prides himself on his ability to work with Post Physical Therapy Rehab clients. Over the twenty years of experience, Jeffrey has worked with rehabbing, knee reconstruction, hip reconstruction, ACL rehab, MCL rehab, Rotator Cuff injury, M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis)... to just name a few.
